Unopened and Unused Products: For a full refund, you can return unopened and unused attars within 30 days of receiving your order. This ensures the hygiene and safety of our products for all customers.

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective attar, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We’ll arrange a prompt replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.

How to Make a Return:

Contact Us: Initiate your return by sending an email to decentscents99@gmail.com within the specified timeframe (3 days for damaged items, 30 days for unopened products).

Return Instructions: We’ll provide you with clear return instructions, including the return address (replace with your actual return address).

Return Shipment: Carefully repack the unopened and unused attar in its original packaging and send it back to us using a trackable shipping method. Please note that you’ll be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Refunds:

 

Once we receive your returned item and verify its condition, we’ll initiate a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

For damaged or defective items, we’ll cover the cost of return shipping if necessary.

Exchanges:

 

Currently, we don’t offer direct exchanges. However, you can return your unopened and unused attar for a full refund and then place a new order for the desired product.
